Roborock Saros 20 Flow vs Qrevo Curv 2 Flow: What Changed, and Which Parts Fit?
For buyers comparing Roborock Saros 20 Flow vs Qrevo Curv 2 Flow, the suction figures are only the beginning. Both overseas models have a 270 mm self-cleaning roller, lift and shield it on carpet, and wash and dry it at the dock. Saros changes the water delivery, body height, and dock as well as the suction rating. Knowing what is shared, and what is genuinely different, helps when describing either machine or matching replacement parts.

Roller mop: look beyond the rpm figure
Qrevo Curv 2 Flow's SpiraFlow roller takes in fresh water through eight hydration points while a scraper removes dirty water. Saros 20 Flow moves to SpiraFlow 2.0 with 16 pressurized outlets; top roller speed rises from 220 to 240 rpm. Both rollers are 270 mm wide and extend toward edges. Saros also gets warm water refilled onboard after the dock washes the roller, ready for the next mopping run.
The 20 rpm increase is modest next to the change in water delivery. On large hard-floor areas that get mopped often, keeping fresh water moving through the roller is the more relevant design change. But 16 outlets will not make every stubborn mark disappear twice as fast. Floor texture, how long a spill has dried, and the cleaning mode still matter.
Maximum advertised suction rises from 20,000 Pa to 36,000 Pa, a much bigger numerical jump. It gives Saros a higher stated ceiling for dust in crevices and carpet debris, but the robot will not run at maximum suction all the time. Brush design, carpet pile, and cleaning mode affect pickup too. The Pa increase is not a measured 80% gain in cleaning.
Similar carpet handling, different reach
On carpet, the two take much the same approach. Each can lift its roller up to 15 mm and put a shield between the wet mop and the rug. That is not a Saros-only upgrade. Both have a way to handle short-pile carpet alongside hard floors; deep-pile or moisture-sensitive rugs are better handled with separate cleaning zones.
Body height is a more obvious difference. Saros uses a retractable LDS and stands 8.98 cm tall; Qrevo Curv 2 Flow is 11.9 cm. Nearly 3 cm can decide whether a robot gets beneath a bed or sofa at all. Crossbars and uneven floors also affect clearance, so the headline height is not the only measurement to take.
Saros also adds two-stage threshold crossing, advertised up to 8.8 cm. For tracks and raised transitions between rooms, that could matter more than another suction increase. The maximum depends on the obstacle's shape and the test conditions. Roborock's Qrevo Curv 2 Flow overseas page does not give a like-for-like two-stage figure, so ordinary thresholds still need to be judged by their actual dimensions.
Both docks wash and dry; Saros takes on more
Qrevo Curv 2 Flow already washes and dries its roller at the dock, with advertised mop washing up to 75°C and drying at 55°C. The roller, scraper, and dirty-water path can be removed for cleaning. It is hardly a stripped-down model when it comes to mop maintenance.
Saros 20 Flow's RockDock adds automatic detergent dispensing and warm-water refill. Its advertised wash temperature rises to 100°C and drying to 63°C. For someone who mops often, doing less manual topping up and starting the next run with warm water may be more noticeable than the difference between 75°C and 100°C on a specification sheet. Both docks still need their dirty-water areas cleaned now and then.
Parts: do not group the two Flow models by roller width
Saros 20 Flow and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow both have a 270 mm roller. That does not make their roller cloths or complete assemblies interchangeable. Each overseas model belongs under its own confirmed fitment records in a parts catalog.
China-market G30S Ultra is a different case. It looks much like Saros 20 Flow and shares several specifications, though the suction figures differ: Roborock's interim report lists G30S Ultra at 41,000 Pa, against 36,000 Pa on the Saros 20 Flow product page. According to techTongBo's fitment information, G30S Ultra and Saros 20 Flow use the same main brush, side brush, filter, roller mop cloth, and dust bag. That covers those five consumables. Where each model stands
Saros 20 Flow has substantial upgrades, but Qrevo Curv 2 Flow's self-cleaning roller, carpet shield, and automatic dock wash have not become obsolete. The clearest separation is that Saros can reach lower spaces, tackle more difficult transitions, and leave more of the routine to its dock. Furniture clearance, thresholds, and mopping frequency tell that story better than the largest figures on the spec sheet.
