On May 18, our company techTongBo held an outdoor group building activity and chose a beautiful outdoor park in the nearby Foshouhu Lake. Nearly 100 Staff from the company were divided into 6 groups and participated in several interesting team games, and the winners of the games eventually received some prizes. Everyone had a great time.
Throughout the activities, we paid special attention to the importance of teamwork and communication. Through the form of group competition, we got to know each other's characteristics and strengths better, and also strengthened team cooperation and cohesion. At the same time, we also focused on the importance of relaxation and leisure in the activity, so that everyone could get some relief and relaxation from the tense work rhythm.
To help everyone enjoy the outdoor activities, we also provided each group with an independent barbecue for lunch. While everyone enjoyed the food and the beautiful outdoor scenery, they also felt better the power of teamwork and mutual help.
