Since last week, the China government has relaxed its policy of controlling Covid 19, and large-scale infections have appeared in major cities in China. As a result, techTongBo also suffered a serious outbreak of Covid 19 infection.
It is understood that since last Saturday, warehouse staff have been suffering from fever, headache and sore throat, and some of the employees with symptoms have been confirmed positive through medical tests. The current Omicron virus strain is known to be super infectious, so over the next few days, techTongBo's warehouse staff were massively infected.
The virus-infected employees were unable to work properly, causing many orders in the warehouse to be unprocessed and causing some delays as a result. The good news, however, is that it usually takes 5-7 days for the virus to heal and some employees are already recovering and returning to work.
It is expected that by the end of this week, techTongBo's warehouse order processing capacity will be back to 70% to get orders out to our customers as promptly as possible.
